Paul L. Feldman
Paul L. Feldman is a partner with the law
firm of Feldman & Feldman and is admitted to practice law in
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States Tax Court. The Firm
concentrates its practice in Estate Planning and Administration,
Orphans' Court Litigation, Elder Law, Taxation and Tax Exempt Organizations.
He received his law degree, cum laude, from Temple University in
1984 as well as a Masters of Business Administration in 1979 and
a Masters of Laws in Taxation in 1987.
He formerly served on the National Board of the
Alzheimer's Association where he was Vice-Chair of the Task Force
on Affiliation and as treasurer of the Board of Directors of the
Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
Mr. Feldman currently serves on a Panel of Mediators for the Pennsylvania
Bar Association's Lawyer Dispute Resolution Program and as a volunteer
for the Support Center for Child Advocates, The Philadelphia Volunteer
Indigents Program, and the Philadelphia Homeless Advocacy Project.
He is the past vice president and treasurer of the Board of Directors
of the Association for Developmental Disabilities, Inc., and is
a former member of the Montgomery County Mental Retardation Committee.
He previously served on the Executive Committee
of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association
and he chaired an ad hoc committee on guardianship practice in Philadelphia
County. Mr. Feldman has served as an adjunct professor in the graduate
tax program of the Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
