• 100% of the in-country costs for your destination such as tips, transportation, in-country flights, food, guides, lodging.
• Preparatory Curriculum that helps you and/or your students understand our core disciplines of science, culture, leadership and service.
• Workshop Handbooks that explain everything from passports to packing lists to fundraising
• One staff person from Global Explorers that will help with all of your preparation
• Books for travelers (groups receive either a compilation of resource books or one book per student)
• Global Explorers T-Shirt(s)
• Basic Travel Insurance
• A guarantee that, unless otherwise requested, your group will be its own entity.
• Personalized fundraising website and tools.

And for group travel, our price includes:

• One free educator traveler (both airfare and program fee waived) for your first 10 paying participants.
• Additional free educator spots (only program fees waived) for every 5 paying participants after the first 10 until your group reaches 30 paying participants.

The Global Explorers Price DOES NOT include:

• Students' and additional educators' airfare to destination country (although our program fee does not include the price of airfare, our staff will seek out the best deals and organize your group's flights for you)
• Immunizations (if required)
• Visas (if required)
• Spending Cash for Souvenirs
• Cash for Any Trip Equipment/Clothing
