Benjamin Dubin - Work-Life Balance Coordinator

Born in the summer of 2003, Benjamin already knows a great deal about the outdoors. Some of his very first words included “grass” and “tree”, he can mimic many animal calls and he makes an exaggerated sniffing noise every time he sees a flower. All of his favorite books are covered with animal photos and drawings. His environmental travel experience is limited at this time to beautiful hikes throughout Colorado. However, he hopes to travel soon to many other national and international destinations.

Ben’s job at Global Explorers is to remind us to make decisions in a holistic way. This means we consider the way our business affects the mind, body and spirit of our employees as well as the environmental, economic and social fabric of the world around us. Among other things, Ben reminds us to promote lifelong learning, to encourage a positive work-life balance, to think in the long-term and, most of all, to have fun! We thank Ben and many other kids and students for the simple ways they teach us about the most important things in life.
