Meet Our Staff

When Sarah was 8 years old, her answer to “what I want to be when I grow up” was “a World-Famous Explorer.” Not entirely sure how one would pursue such a job title, Sarah joined the Air Force hoping it would lead her around the world. Not so. Sarah stayed in Colorado that whole time, with brief excursions to various other States and Canada. Her first International Travel Experience was during the summer of 2007 in Tunisia where she studied Arabic on a State Department scholarship. That experience only fueled Sarah’s burning desire to experience other cultures and connect with people around the world.

Sarah often finds that she is interested in far too many things. She loves studying foreign languages, taking random pictures of inanimate objects, playing with babies, reading in coffee shops (but she’s not a fan of coffee, don’t be fooled), and many other wonderful things depending on the day. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University. She works as a Software Tester at New Century Software when she’s not at school or Global Explorers.
