Staff Favorite Travel Recipe: Tortilla Soup
My husband, Dave, and I took an amazing cooking course in Oaxaca, Mexico years ago with chef Susana Trilling. Susana's ranch house set amidst the hills of Oaxaca was a perfect setting to learn the secrets of one of the world's most amazing culinary regions. Dave, Executive Director of Global Explorers, and I fell in love with the food and with each other. My favorite, a recipe we make at least once a month: Tortilla Soup....
